Yes. All cleaners are vetted through a detailed nationwide background check.

We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Second, our booking form has it’s own encrypted layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are encrypted at rest with AES-256 layered security. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

All of our folks are interviewed, experienced, and vetted, having passed a detailed nationwide background check. Only about 10% of applicants end up working as a Prairie Maid certified cleaner.

Absolutely! Simply enter your giftcard code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your giftcard balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

You can apply a gift card to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem giftcard” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the giftcard to your next appointment. You can not apply your giftcard to past appointments that are already completed.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

We provide services for all of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
